Studio 1 is the first project in our Studio Series: compact, thoughtfully designed rental homes for young professionals, National Service personnel, first-time renters, remote workers, students and young entrepreneurs.
A smaller home should still feel complete. Every square metre is planned to work harder, with efficient layouts, built-in storage, and natural light and cross-ventilation as the main design drivers.
